Do I need a domain name before I buy a Divinxi website?
Yes. Every website needs a domain name (e.g. www.divinxi.com). Before we can set up your Divinxi account we need a domain name to connect it to. Once you have a domain name you can signup with Divinxi.
How long does it take before a Divinxi website is online?
Divinxi websites are online within hours on average and ready for you to upload your text, images and other content.
Can I add my own logo?
Yes, provided it is prepared to the specifications stated in the Divinxi CMS (Content Management System). If you cannot prepare your logo to the required specifications and do not have a graphic designer then we can do it for you. Just contact support then send your logo to us in any files and formats that you have and we will insert it and size it for you for a nominal fee of $49 (we'll let you know if your logo files are not useable or will require more work/cost to use on the Divinxi website).
Can I change the website's colors?
Color schemes are 'factory set' so to speak and easily performed by us at inexpensive rates. Just let us know which website designs you are looking at and the color/s you would like and we will come back to you with the cost (if any).
